This company is absolutely awesome! The manager answers right away and feels like family just answered and is ready to step foot on the property with a lifetime of experience in maintenance and management. These guys really know their stuff on big buildings and complexes. I’d trust them with larger projects in a sinch.

Larry has been my go-to property manager for at least 7 years now for my rental properties in San Diego. He has always helped me find good tenants who pay in a timely manner. Prior to finding Larry, I was having trouble finding a tenant for one of my properties. Larry took over and found multiple tenants. This is one of the many key positives in working with Larry: He makes sure to provide several prospective tenants for me to choose from. My tenants also provide great feedback on the support they get from Larry.

As a property owner, I'm wondering how these guys are still in business!? Poor customer service, ballooned repair services by 200%, "lost" house keys, no exit process! Avoid at any cost. There are plenty of other, better options out there.
