I'm writing this review from the loft floor of my live/work condo. The sun's shining off of the bamboo outside my windows and my new table just got delivered this morning. This place is a dream—and I could have only locked it down with Ruben's help.

At the start of our relationship we had a chat about what I wanted and we blitzed through home tours (Ruben would pay for my Ubers from place to place). My friends have bought homes before and they were surprised that Ruben was investing time doing searches FOR ME and sending me listings that matched my taste. After a week, Ruben's searches were exactly the same as my personal ones, and every other place he sent me was a likely candidate I wanted to tour.

He is a living example of hustle. When I complained about mortgage rates from the big banks like Bank of America or RocketMortgage he hooked me up with a lender who's local, has amazing reviews, and is responsive as all hell. When my dream-selection looked like it had surprise complications he moved mountains (including creative paperwork workarounds to help me with me with vacation windows and an anxious seller), negotiated hard on my behalf, and personally took on the dollar costs of delays to the deal. He was calm and even-keeled even in high pressure situations where we decided to take risks together.

I can't recommend Ruben enough. He is a marathon runner and a sprinter packed into one, and you can bet if your dream house is out there, he'll find it and tell you the best way to lock it down.

Hire Ruben before he gets promoted into management and can't work with clients anymore! You won't regret it, trust me.
