Melanie Wood is the director of operations and my point of contact for the condominium complex where I live, and I'm very grateful for her quick response time and compassionate understanding. I'm dealing with loss of use right now, and she's been quick to help and try to push repairs through so I can get back home. I've only worked with a few property managers in my life, but I do think she is the best. Heather Miller has also been very helpful in the past.

Rubin Properties and Heather Miller have been great to work with the past 2+ months! Heather worked behind the scenes as our old management contract was ending to make sure everything was up and running August 1. She has been a great resource and partner.

Melanie Wood and Sunset Flores make a great management team, showing our Association what excellent customer service looks like. I am elated knowing that I don't have to proof-read every letter or notification that goes out to our homeowners because they are so professional.

Rubin Properties has been a breath of fresh air amongst the sea of property management companies. Michelle at Rubin works hard to respond to every email and phone call quickly and respectfully. She resolves issues as if it were her own unit and she were in your shoes. One cannot ask for more than that ! I highly recommend Rubin Properties.

My property in Hollywood has been with Rubin Properties for over a decade and I have been a board member for the lasts 4 years. I 100% echo the reviewer who commented that this company has not always cleared a high bar but has seen a drastic turnaround working with Melanie. The last several years were particularly rough, pandemic aside, until we started working with Melanie as our property manager about 6 months ago. She is 5 stars and more!! In the short period of time she has been working with our property we have managed to get more done than in the past several years combined including a number of big projects. She's right on top of every request. No more constant following up with no results. She takes care of issues and contacts vendors immediately. This spring we had a MAJOR flood that caused extensive damage throughout the building and we are on the path to full repair within 6 months all thanks to Melanie's dedication to her work and making sure things are handled timely and properly. Even our insurance agent has noted what a great jobs she is doing for her first time dealing with this level of disaster. Based on our previous experiences in the last few years, I shudder to think where we would be in this situation if we didn't have Melanie as our manager. The work ethic and time she has put in to restore our building as quickly as possible is unmatched. I've also noticed the caliber of the vendors willing to work with our building has gone up since working with Melanie and they always speak highly of working with her on their end as well. Our building was coming to a cross-roads and Melanie has definitely restored our faith as well.

Our building had a terrible property manager. When Rubin was recommended to us we switched and immediately noticed a difference. They took action swiftly on various improvements. After the safer at home order, there was understandably a lot of changes at the company. We were regularly assigned different property managers and projects were delayed. We recently were assigned a fantastic property manager - Melanie. She is responsive, persistent with vendors, understands issues and offers solutions quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. With Melanie on the Rubin team, I’m confident their ratings will improve.
