Nice apartments at 10 Eastern Ave that will be destroyed in 5 years with RE management. RE took over January 1 2024 and it been straight down hill. Slow maintenance now, dirty inside and outside, racial tensions with me be assaulted, they only give the lady 1 hour to clean this big building Impossible, druggie in and out day and night now. This building needs a deep cleaning. Dryer been broke for months. Elevator breaks down all the time (they blamed it on the people in the wheelchairs). Lobby be full of the same people talking about you from sun up to sundown. Was a great building that just nasty and dirty now. I caught a guy taking a bath in the laundry room about 3 weeks ago. Floor still hasn't been clean for sure be cause the building hot water was off for almost a week. They don't tell the straight truth and get caught in their lies like they said the free Wifi was out in the whole area. A person call cable company and was told no they had the building hooked up illegal and had a 30 day notice to correct it. I like a truthful company.

Awful, no help. Called multiple times yesterday for a complaint and still no response til today. Get a grip. Every one of the apartments I have moved to all have had bed bugs or some form of infestation. Don’t move to any of their buildings unless you want to throw away all your belongings and get no help with the infestations what so ever!

i live in rainbow apartments in orleans since oct of 2023 it has drug issues they dont fix things when you put in work orders ive been sending messages to star or her 2nd in command that use to work for rural edge since oct 2nd of 2023 telling them there was issues with the druggies and all the traffic comeing and going that dont live here its still going on nothing is being done one of the druggies that was coming in or going broke my 250 dollar camera on my door that star the landowner told to put on my door and they havnt paid me back for my property yet washers and dryers are brken all the time from the druggies and other people that dont live here use off the streets there is garbage issue the pig farmer behind the building is gross and mean

Rural Edge committed Home Improvement fraud. Their contractor did not put headers over any of my windows or doors and compromise the structural Integrity of the entire building. Then tried to lie about it in writing and refused to help me even though I had a structural engineers report documenting their home improvement fraud.

Rural Edge is a non-profit organization that helps families find homes based on your income. The staff is very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help you get started. It is the first place to stop when on your way to home ownership. Or, if you're just looking for a nice apartment. They will have everything you need to get started.

Worst experience with a property manager I have ever had. Never completes work orders no matter how many times you submit them. Covers up my doorbell camera so I can’t see when they are here if it’s when they aren’t supposed to be.
