Do not trust this company with your money. After being approved for a loan, my military orders were suddenly cut short and the approval fell through. Despite me being military and doing everything in good faith, they refused to refund our earnest money. Every single broker, lender, or other real estate professional I’ve relayed this to has said they did us dirty and should absolutely have refunded the money.

By the way, this was after delays on THEIR part and construction not being completed by the time they said it would be—oh and they quickly sold the home after our VA approval fell through due to my orders being cut short.

I don’t know about you, but I didn’t just have $7,500 laying around for them to take. Thanks for nothing, Rush Residential, and specifically Renee Kirkland (Sales/Marketing Manager).

We are first-time home buyers. We normally take a long time to research and put our thoughts into purchasing things. We imagined that purchasing a home would take ages. However, it didn't take long to decide to go with a home from Rush. As soon as we saw the model home, we knew this was it. On top of the beautifully built home, every criterion of want we had to research was excellent, including the build quality and builder history. From the start to the end, everyone was professional, friendly, and supportive in making sure we get our perfect home. After the home was built, there were minor requests that I had to make, but they were addressed/fixed as requested. It has been a couple of weeks since we moved, and we are in love with our beautiful new home and are so happy that we went with Rush.

As a real estate professional I've sold a lot of new construction homes, but Rush has been my favorite to work with. They work hard to make sure the buying experience is great for the buyers. My favorite part of selling a Rush home though is that the communities look perfect for years to come. Many communities look run down and a mess shortly after the builder finishes the last home, but Rush communities continue to increase in value and look spectacular for years to come. Since they are one of the few local builders they care about their clients and it shows in the way they treat the buyers and the quality of the homes.

Excellent quality, thoughtful design and excellent customer service. We searched for the "right" builder for months, toured model homes throughout the Puget Sound and came to a very clear decision - Rush was the builder for us. The homes are built extremely well, the layouts and designs suit all possible needs and desires and cater to all types of couples and families. Truly excellent craftsmanship. All subcontractors are highly reputable as well. A ton of care and dedication went in to building our dream home. In this crazy housing market many people are being forced to overpay - with Rush I feel that we got an incredible value. Will recommend for sure.

This is our 4th new construction home and we can definitely say that our experience with Rush exceeded our expectations. They’re very professional, responsive, and personable. Our walk thru with Barb was great thoroughly explained how things worked in our home.

Our warranty experience was great too. Barb was very responsive and pleasant. Dave was professional and respectful. My past experience with warranty from different home builders were always disappointing. But with Rush, it was great.

We’re definitely going to be a repeat customer!

We purchased a new Rush home - already completed. The company has been responsive to our questions, and helped us with every detail we've needed addressed. Their approach has been timely, thorough, and customer centric. Each person on their staff, and their subcontractors has been accessible and responsive. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we feel confident in our purchase. Grateful.

Rush isn't the worst builder but they definitely are not the best and I don't feel their value is on par with the product they deliver. I'd never buy from them again after the headache I endured the first and only time I purchased a brand new home from them. The quality and attention to detail just isn't there. I had electrical issues, missing insulation, garage door sticking issues due to how they paint, misaligned doors, massive floor squeaks on both levels, warped walls, nail pops everywhere, base boards that were scratched badly from the carpet laying, and grout that disintegrated in months and not once, but twice. They don't seal their grout and obviously use the poorest quality because I did seal it and it still disintegrated. All in all, I had to miss over two weeks of work to be home for their crews to come "fix" these issues, which most were just made worse or patched up temporarily or just not addressed. Their customer service isn't bad but Barb can be quite curt at times and definitely has the bottom line in mind. Suffice it to say, the happiest day in this whole experience was the day I sold the home they built me.
