Ryan was amazing! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable - everything one could hope from a realtor. He came highly recommended, and after meeting him for the first time, we never considered any other realtor. He walked through our house without judgment and gave us concrete, solid advice on what to do to get ready for listing to get the best possible price. Every question, no matter how small, was answered quickly and honestly. Communication through phone, text and email was all prompt, even through holidays and family challenges. He never gave us "fluff" advice or unrealistic expectations - he was completely honest about everything, good and bad and in-between. In the end, his advice helped us sell our house for way more money than I ever imagined. There was so much more to do with selling a house than I ever expected, and Ryan was an incredible guide for every step of it. I have told all my family and friends that they need to contact Ryan for any realty needs. My only complaint was that he couldn't also be our realtor on the other side and help us find a house in our new location. LOL!

We loved working with Ryan at Exit Realty. He is very friendly, and the Exit crew was good to work with. Ryan had many helpful, inexpensive tips for updating the home we were selling. He also knew how to price the home at an appropriate amount to draw people to view the home. After three days of showing the home, we had six offers to purchase.
