My truck was very clean and drove very well. My intake person was professional, polite and professional. Ryder's mileage rate was 1/3 of competitors. Since I had a lot of miles in a short time, it was a no brainer!

I had a wonderful experience ! The new manager (trainer) named Reginald Taylor gave me friendly service, and he was very knowledgeable with all my questions..I rented A. Commercial truck with a trailer for today, and after the great experience and price!... I'm going back to rent the same vehicle again tomorrow.... Wonderful place to to business with......

The quality of service my husband repeatedly receives from this shop is horrible. He's been to this (Homewood) branch at least 3 times for a simple "service" to his rig and each time there has been an ISSUE. On two occasions they left the fuel filter loose which caused fuel to leak all the way down the road on one of those occasions. DANGEROUS!!! This most recent visit the technician only greased the top frontend (what could be seen) and not the bottom frontend. This is only a small fraction of problems and concerns.

He only brings his rig to Ryder because they do the servicing included with the warranty for his truck. We would never recommend anyone (especially OWNER OPERATORS) to obtain any service to their units at this particular branch in HOMEWOOD.
