I've had so many good experiences with this property management group, that I had to leave them a nice review. I have been a tenant at three of the Sacramento Property Management Services properties. Each time a success! My point-of-contact is Yazmin and I just wanted to give her a shout-out because she is fantastic and super customer orientated, happy, and always a smiling. You can tell she really enjoys her job and has pride in what she does. All my maintenance request are answered promptly and I don't believe I've ever waited more than 24 hour, even for a minor defect or repair. I have been with SPMS for 3 years now. Anytime I have issues, I reach out to Yazmin. She always responds in a timely manner and helps get the problems addressed ASAP! Their website is user friendly and is easy to navigate when paying a bill or putting in a service request. Highly recommend this property management company if looking for a place to rent in Sacramento. Great company to rent from unlike some of the other property management companies in the area that tend to be sharks.

I’m a new renter for an East Sacramento property managed by Christina at SPMS and have been extremely impressed with the entire process, especially compared to my previous landlord (also East Sac) that didn’t do promised repairs, insisted on mailed checks, and was only interested in her profit margin. In contrast, Christina is very personable and service oriented and had me quickly set up with an electronic lease, an app for repair requests, and automatic payments from my bank account. She responds immediately to texts. My new property is pristine with new energy-efficient appliances, and minor issues about the on-demand hot water and dishwasher connection were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend her and her property management company.

So 3 weeks ago I set an appointment to see two midtown properties. Leasing agent did not call and tell they couldn't make it because they had covid ok that's excusable then tried to say they could come and open it not so excusable. They got someone else to come and show one of the properties great!

Wasn't feeling that one so tried to set up a return appointment to see the other two weeks go by and no luck. Thought they were waiting for leasing agent J to get better (wont give full name as its covid related). Finally get to today front desk person said place is taken leasing agent J calls me back and says its not and sets an appointment and they call me back later to tell me another applicant has seen the property which is required to submit an application and was approved. I will not be recommending their services to my colleagues.
