How is it possible that a store would give preferential prices for people to shop on line instead of going in person and gathering their own groceries? They have digital coupons in their app. But some of them are much better on line. Members can not get the same price with the same digital coupon if they go personally into the store and retrieve the item. Am I the only one that thinks this is backwards? If someone sits out in their car and an employee has to gather the groceries and take them to the parking lot, it seems that would cost the store more than if the customer walked into the store, gathered their own groceries and checked themselves out. Nope...the store doesn't allow that for the best price. I won't be shopping there again.

How is it possible to always get bad/poorly-made/expired/moldy food every single time I try to shop at this safeway? I try to avoid this place like the plague and have been able to the last few years but now with it being the latest open store sometimes there isn’t a choice and every time LITERALLY I get bad products and it usually smells like sewage through the whole store which has been a problem for YEARS. How is that not fixed either?

Colville's Safeway store is a wonderful, well stocked clean, well organized business. My issue is with managements decision making process for the pharmacy. My husband and myself had scheduled times for vaccinations yesterday. Upon showing up for these appointments we found a single pharmacist trying to give injections, deal with insurance paperwork, and fill prescritions at the same time. This young man was efficent, friendly and knowledgeable, all while being sworn at repeatedly by one of the 10-12 customers waiting for vaccinations or in line waiting for help. He remained pleasant throughout this diatribe. This after he had driven up from Spokane to help us! I'm not sure what Safeway is thinking as this is not the first time I have witnessed this. But, they first need to apreciate this young man then consider how better to organize their pharmacy employees for their reliefand provide better customer service to their patrons.

Other than wal mart this is the largest grocery store in about 100 miles in any direction. There is super one foods, harvest foods and a few others but if you want a bigger store and want a chain store this is it. There is a Starbucks inside. There is ample parking and it does have a gas station. Prices this far north from Spokane are any where from 10 to 20 cents higher. The store is clean and employees friendly.

I try to always buy my meat from safeway because of quality. But tonight the meat that got is rotten inside. It stinks so bad. I am trying to pick through the good meat. But I think this is all trash. Side note (I took awards in FFA and 4H for meat judging) I know when it has a bad stink and just a meat smell.
