I hired Sagareus to lease a unit in my house. Brittany and her team were absolutely wonderful. They helped me with all aspects of the process, including listing, monitoring activity, and discussing options. I especially appreciated their market knowledge and helpfulness in setting a reasonable rate for the unit. I would use them again very happily!

I hired Sagareus 4 months ago to manage a challenging property l. I am blown away with all they have been able to accomplish in such a short time, as well as the frequency and clarity of their communications. For reference I have worked with ten other property managers before.

They do not conduct business well or efficiently here. I viewed a property at their latest tour date and time, submitted an application afterwards as the first applicant who viewed the property (as the person showing the property informed me). I did not hear back from any members of their staff after submitting the application until 5 days later, wherein they said they were already processing another applicant first.

Apparently this place does not adhere to "First-in-time" rule (First-in-time rule: You must view the property before submitting an application; submitting an application prior to viewing does not secure priority.) What a disappointment as finding housing in Seattle is difficult enough as is but this property management company chooses to be subjective to tenants of their own liking.

Also 5 days after my application was submitted, they reached out for income verification and then emailed me the day after they offered the lease to the "first in line" although we had viewed the property first.

"I wanted to inform you that the lease has been offered to the applicant who applied first."

The fact that my application is still "2nd in line" would not make any sense if I had already been rejected.

Very fast and great communication. Mary was wonderful and Dezy was a delight. Brittany couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was very professional. These days when you're looking for a place it feels like there are so many scams and fees and barriers to renting but everyone at Sagareus made the process of getting an apartment in the right place at the right price so easy. I didn't realize how much anxiety I'd been carrying around until working with this team made it all go away!

Sagareus had the right house for us, and exceeded our expectations in handling the lease process. It was fair (first come, first serve), clear with an application fee and no hidden or suspicious clauses (holding fee, "administration fee," "utility fee," etc) we had found with other agencies. Courtney the showing agent, was super kind during the house visit. She was there ahead of time, so when we arrived a bit earlier she let us in to explore the property. She took the time to answer our questions, finding the information if she did not have it, and not rushing to move to the next potential clients. Similarly, she did not push us either to close the deal. She did highlight some points from the house we might have missed which we appreciated.

The application itself was pretty straight forward, and despite being online, they did not lose the human touch. Mary was always available to guide us, and reassure us. We were comfortable as we knew if we had made any mistake she'd ensure we could address it.

Once we got the confirmation we got the house, the lease signature was again easy to manage, and Mary was there all along to help with glitches, clarifications, and even helping with an addendum to the contract. Everything was done super fast. No hassle at all.

Finally, Courtney was very flexible and quickly found a date so we could visit the house once more before move in day, so my husband could actually see it, and we all could get a sense of some of the things we needed to buy. We really appreciated her driving all the way up there just to let us in when the house had already been leased. It was good service.

I recently moved into a rental through this company. I love the app that they have for paying rent. You can also make requests for your rental for things that need to be done around the house/repairs. The response time is usually very quick.

From the first viewing to getting the keys I had the pleasure of walk throughs and all the finer details provided by Leonard the listing agent I believe. I’m not exactly sure his title. But he is awesome and made the experience so swift.

Anyway I’m about three months late on writing this review, but better late than never. I highly recommend renting with sagareus.

I applied to an apartment that managed by Sagareus, with help from Mary. I haven't moved into the new address yet, but all the processes are simple enough and being processed in a timely and kind manner. Answers to questions are also nice and fast. I'm very satisfied so far.
