Roaches, Spiders, Random unknown bugs, Rats, Possums, overflowing Trash, Stray Cats, No Parking, Homeless people digging through the dumpsters and threatening tenants, not to mention Handicap Parking gets blocked in with no consequences. I have reported all this to management before, still no reslove. Roaches have been seen multiple times, and I caught the Roaches as requested by management and turned it in to them. They sprayed 1 time and it wasn't even Roaches they sprayed for. Please do not Rent here, the property management does not care about the tenants at all. Here are some pictures from just Tonight. Hopefully upper management can see this and do something about it.

I spoke to office manager Elizabeth about this, and she said she had no idea on what she needed to talk to me about in regards to this post. She asked her manager Laura, and she stated she did not know either. I find it difficult to communicate to someone about a complaint as instructed, when they have nothing to talk to me about the complaints. This only shows me more so, that management does NOT care about the tenants. It took me posting this post to finally even get the Roaches addressed, and that barely happened today. They know who I am that posted this, so please feel free to reach out to me directly.
