I went to my first meeting Wednesday. I loved it. I will be back again and again. In fact, I have been so impressed with Sam that I joined as a VIP member. I am a VIP member of Sam's Real Estate club and have been a member since 2012. I very much like his Real Estate club because not only does he share his knowledge about real estate experience and bring professional speakers to teach real estate, he also shares his philosophy about life.

He shared 5 different buying strategies for properties in the foreclosure process using his online data mining service. He has a system which seems very valuable to me. Without this, you can practically forget about making effective offers, collecting the appropriate amount of rent, and getting good deals on your properties.

You won't go wrong with this Real Estate Investment Club. Sam is a very wise man and highly experienced in giving you the proper guidance in real estate investing.

If you are trying to buy your first investment property, Sam is the best mentor you will find.

While I was in escrow for my first property, I almost lost the property three days before the short sale deadline to close escrow, when my original partner backed out. Sam helped me and my new partner get a hard-money loan in less than 24 hours, close escrow on time, and then refinance to a conventional mortgage.

Without Sam, I doubt I would have been able to get started in real estate investing in such a competitive market like Southern California!!!
