Awful. Waited two hours to be told to go to another department. So many government offices have improved dramatically over the last few years...if only this was one of them.

Horrible! They check you in. They couldn’t answer my question. I waited 30 mins for them to tell me I have to do everything online. I explained to the permit tech that I called and the woman said I could get the permit in person , and the tech said no I can’t. No one answers the phone!!!!
