We have been working with San Diego City Property Management for about 3 years, they are the second property management company we have worked with. They far outshine the first. Claudette and her crew are on top of the game. The condo is kept up, if there is a problem we hear about right away and the solution is always more than satisfactory. Trash people , trash manager, trash property, after have told them many time about the rat problem in the house all they worry is you paying the rent at the end of the month , run away if you see a property posted by this guys !
