Howard and his team were excellent to work with. We owned a house in San Diego and were stationed overseas. Even with the geographic/time zone separation, we didn't have a single problem with any of our tenants during our three years of working with SDPPM. They were always quick to answer any questions and keep us apprised during transitions.

They even helped us sell our house from Japan. Talk about going above and beyond! The only complaint I can make is that they were a little more aggressive in accepting an offer than we were comfortable with. That being said, it was probably the right decision to accept and the selling process went about as smoothly as possible after that thanks to their hard work.
