RUN…do not walk, to San Luis Bay Realty for all your Central Coast real estate needs.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Taylor North on the recent sale of our home in Avila Beach. These are challenging times in real estate, with high interest rates, high property taxes, HOA fees, and seemingly impossible homeowners insurance. For us, Taylor minimized the impact of these challenges. He grew up on the Central Coast and is a wealth of information on current happenings and historical developments in Avila Beach and the surrounding communities. He is highly professional and his enthusiasm to represent us was refreshing.
Our property required property pest inspection, overall home inspection, minor repairs needing a plumber, electrician, handyman, etc.; these services were promptly hired, the work performed, and we were be kept in the progress loop at all times. We live out of the area, so this level of expertise and follow-through was so important to us!
He values each client’s individual circumstances, and each property’s unique challenges. It truly seemed like the bigger the challenge, the more enthusiastic Taylor was…nothing seemed to faze him. He and his assistants were highly attentive in responding to all phone calls, texts, and emails. What an uplifting change this is compared to the service you receive from many companies these days.

While there are many capable realtors to choose from, Taylor North is a gem. Compared to our previous home purchases this was the best end to end process we have experienced. In addition to his knowledge and expertise Taylor is warm, kind, and has an energy that puts you at ease. He is prompt with all of his communications and makes himself readily available. We were already to buy a condominium when Taylor discovered the HOA had lost its insurance coverage. We avoided the deal and saved thousands each year in special insurance assessments. Then we found another beautiful house which we love. He helped us every step of the way in making the purchase, with all sorts of great recommendations for lenders, contractors, and so on. I am a housing developer, and Kris did an amazing job finding buyers for my housing developments. He filtered through client lists to make sure highly likely buyers were shown the house. He truly knows the target market. He also went out of his way to curve fit my marketing strategy for the target market and made sure the proper photographers, stagers, and copywriters were highlighting the best aspects of the home. His forward thinking and attention to detail elevated the experience for buyers, which is something that I find is rare with most realtors I have worked with in the past. Him caring went a long way, and I’m glad I had the honor of working with him.

We have never been more pleased working with Kris N. from SLBR. We first met Kris when we went to view a home in Caycuos that we liked . Unfortunately someone else purchased it.
