Dont expect much or any of your security deposit back, they charged us for an exhaust fan that we did not know was in the apartment because it never worked to begin with! Then they charged US for it! unbelievable.. we had showered with the window open everyday but once we move out they want to charge us to fix it up. Disgusting people, and if you think you are only going to rent from them for only a year or two they will charge you HUNDREDS to repaint the whole apartment just fyi if tour considering renting with these people.

I had an interview with Elva on 2/10/2025 at 2 pm . For the Harmony Bay Appartments 750 e Alluvial for Groundskeeper. Elva was very unprofessional as soon as she saw me . I do have a few tattoos , Mexican, and I think that was why she was so short and unprofessional with durning our interview . I did answer all her questions, and I was very qualified for the position, but like I said, I didn't have a chance because of my image.

I called yesterday 2/12/2025 8:48 and was rudely hung up on by the kid at the front desk. I then called back at 8:52 and was then put on hold . He finally sent me through her extension. Where I left Elva a message that she never returned a call. I then saw my application on Indeed was taken off because I was able to apply again. I sent Elva a message stating I was rudely hung up on yesterday and that I felt like I wasted my day on Monday going in for an interview . She quickly responded and then rejected my second application. SAN MAR PROPERTIES JUDGE PEOPLE BEFORE THEY GET TO KNOW THEM.

They were pretty kind to me initially. I've always noticed I was the owners least favorite tenant. I was always receiving notices for things other people were doing as well. The owner had about 3 property management companies from the time they were owning till I moved out. There have been two owners so far. I have a background in property management and have rented myself about 7 apartment units. Never not once in my life span have I ever received a move out bill so high. It's outrageous. I don't even understand nor can I begin to comprehend how it's so high. I was harassed by multiple people living there because of my race, never received repairs I had to do them myself, and people would always complain. Who can help me or give me advice? I'm a single mother and I know I shouldn't be paying $27,000 for a two bedroom in Coalinga.

Just recently moved into an apartment on school road in oakhurst and I had the best experience with the whole move in process. The manager Venessa was amazing and made sure the apartment was perfect for me and my little family. Erik the maintenance man was awesome as well. He did a great job on the apartment and was very professional and polite. Thank you so much!

SANMAR Properties offers good customer service to their residents and owners. They also value their vendors and employees. Treat yourself by using SANMAR as your property management company. Visit any one of their communities to get a free tour or stop into the corporate office to get a list of all their communities. They are a great supporter of Valley Children's hospital and the Food Bank. Thank you

I’ve been living at Vista Heights for 4 years now and it just gets better and better! Our new manager, Vanessa, is doing such a great job running this property. She’s super sweet and professional. I’m glad to have such great people taking care of my home. Our maintenance man, Erik, does a wonderful job as well. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I feel lucky to be here. I’d 10/10 recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Everything is kept so clean and nice, weekly yard maintenance, they go above and beyond to make sure tenants are doing well and living comfortably. Thanks San Mar for hiring such amazing staff!!
