I currently live here and I think the manager and maintenance are super-duper. There are a few people here who saw the playground when moving in, but seems that meant they could not have any child noise. With that said, if you do not like kids this may not be the spot for you, and there are other places, but this was built with families in mind. I think the kids call it a day early on, so they are really not an issue at all. However, some people used to be party people and want to sleep during the day, and this is not the best place for it.

In addition, well lit, and very safe. Many Second Amendment enthusiast here, so no issues, like ever! People know this, and it isn't going to have it.

I'm so happy when they had an opening these apartments are nice. Management is always there to answer any concerns and the same with maintenance. I've seen what else was available (very few) there was only old houses with nothing modern (AC,dishwashers etc.)But most important I feel safe here.

Near the entrance the lot sank years ago so a huge puddle forms everytime it rains and stays there festering mosquito's.
