Thrilled with Franks office. After having dealt with a subpar property manager, I can say with certainty that Frank is amazing!! He communicates well, keeps us informed and has a trustworthy vetting process when choosing renters. I am very happy with San to Sea. Can’t go wrong with them!

Frank Delzompo was there with us when we bought our first house, and there with us when we sold it thirteen years later. I can't thank him enough for his expert guidance, not only when buying/selling with him, but when we were looking for a realtor to help us buy a house out of his area. He really is there for his clients, making sure they are aware of everything as he navigates them through the process of buying/selling real estate. If you're looking for a Realtor in the SoCal, give Frank a call, you won't regret it.

I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Sand to Sea. Frank and his team are truly a force! From the moment I called from across the country looking for a rental, the Sand to Sea team has jumped through hoops to help us and most recently in the purchase of our forever home! As property managers, they were prompt and and always eager to help us resolve any issues we may have had. When it came to house shopping, I genuinely have no words about "the girls" Dee and Christina. They make such a great team and as a real bonus, I found a friend in each of them. Sand to Sea has everything to offer. The fact that they have an in house broker (LISA YOU ARE TRULY A BLESSING!!) makes the entire process of buying a home run so much smoother.

After closing, Dee and Christina performed an Irish blessing on our new home and gifted us with the most beautiful art piece that we will cherish forever.

Thank you Sand to Sea, from the very bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my little family. Frank, you run a tight ship and we are so blessed to have crossed paths with you and your team. 🙂

Living out of the area, we are so happy we found Christina and the team at Sand to Sea Properties to assist us with the sale of our late mother’s home. We met with Christina, and were impressed with her knowledge and advice on how to proceed with the property.

She guided us on pros and cons on renting or selling, handling the estate as a trustee and many other questions we had as a family. Before listing, she went to the home and guided us on how best to show it and what we needed to do to get the highest price possible.

Because the home was vacant and we lived out of town, she made many trips to the home to let in contractors, crew, etc…. The offers came in quickly and, working with their escrow team, this house sale was the most seamless real estate transaction we’ve ever had.

After escrow, we were touched to hear that Sand to Sea Properties donated a portion of the proceeds to veterans in honor of our mother.

We highly recommend Christina and Sand to Sea Properties!

Frank and his team at Sand To Seas are just amazing. Frank really goes out of his way to make sure that his clients are fully satisfied. When you rent through them they treat you as if your family. I highly recommend them to anyone I come across who is looking to rent or buy a house.

Also I can't forget Christina, she is simply amazing. She will go above and beyond for the client. I have had many phone calls where I called for one thing and it turned into a conversation about life, family's, and just what ever else while fully resolving the issue I had called for. I no longer rent through them, unfortunately, and I had called her to get some help and she gladly answered with a smile and helped put as much as she could.

To sum it all up this is a fantastic company to be with. This is what all other property management/reality teams and companies need to strive to be like.

We have been working with Frank and his team since 2016. They were referred to us by another military family, who used to them as property managers for their rental. As we were looking to turn our home into a rental, we sought them out. Frank is a stand up guy, served in the USMC, and that endeared him to us right away, as we are also a Marine Corps family. Sand to Sea Properties has been managing that home for five years now, and they’ve done an excellent job doing all the leg work for us, getting us quality tenants. We couldn’t be happier having as them as the middle man in the process.

Most recently we have used Sand to Sea Properties as our realtor in our move back to California. We worked with realtors, Christina Gonzalez and Danielle Butler, and let me just tell you…what a powerhouse, they were amazing to work with. The ladies were there every step of the way, outlining the process, communicating, sending us houses that met our criteria, always available to show us a house on a whim, for months on end. Couldn’t be happier to have had them in our corner, especially in this crazy market. They helped us find our dream home!

The bonus was at closing, Frank and the team at Sand to Sea Properties donated $500 in our name to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund. Couldn’t be happier to have worked with a company as patriotic, and proud to be American, as we are.

The Sand to Sea Team is exceptional! They are professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, making the whole buying and selling process run smoothly. Frank and Jimmy made our home buying experience unforgettable. Our friends told us this would be a stressful time but the team at Sand to Sea proved them otherwise. Our Agent Jimmy was very organized and handled all maters professionally and on time. We were given updates daily and did not have to take time off work to address any actions. From open to close the buying process was smooth and efficient. My fiancé and I are first time homeowners because of the persistence and determination of Frank and Jimmy.
