Its a quaint little park, but it is right next to the beach, so location location location. Not sure on the unit pricing, but the tenants that I met seemed very nice.

This place is overpriced, overrated, and has terrible customer service, along with rules that are ludicrous, and only enforced when someone in the office decides they want to get off their lazy ass. My parents have lived here for almost 20 years, and with every new manager, they get worse and worse, and more idiotic.
