Garrett helped my wife an I purchase a home recently in Santa Barbara. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful about the many complicated details of our entire transaction. He responded quickly to our many questions and was proactive with necessary communications with the seller's agent, the inspector, the pest control company, etc. And he saved us 7000 dollars by noticing an error by the escrow company! I was surprised by how many details and paperwork it takes purchasing a home, and we couldn't recommend him (and his wife) more highly. It's a competitive market out there finding the right real estate agent and there is a lot of hype and glossy advertising for your real estate needs but we feel we found the perfect person to represent us and take us to the finish line and we only wish the best for anyone buying or selling their home.
