Beatriz was very understanding when I asked for my steak and eggs to come with a salad and not the frites (even though it sounds amazing 😍).

But the menu is quite accommodating. Service warm, friendly and not over the top. Steak was cooked perfectly and goes incredibly well with the bernasie sauce!

I definitely will be back to try out more items off their brunch menu.

Great food! (The weekend menu is different). I liked how it’s on the Open table app so can make reservations with app, super easy. Food is good and comes quickly. Enjoyed everything I ordered. Was going to do the “build your own Bloody Mary” but next day it wasn’t set up... only on the weekends. D’oh! My bad, next time. 😎

Always delicious! Staff is always super courteous and helpful when asked about menu items. Never fails. Love this place! If you are staying at the Fairmont, no need to go anywhere else.

Pro tip: order the chocolate souffle at the beginning of the meal. It takes about 30 minutes to prep and the kitchen will time it. It's not always on the menu but you can request it.

Between the two of us we shared an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert.

Appetizer:
hamachi crudo... It was delicious and will balanced.

Entree:
Bobo poultry poulet.... We found the farro and the chicken leg Divine. The chicken breast itself was a bit bland, but if you pair with the farro becomes acceptable in flavor.

2nd entree:
Dry aged ribeye... The most expensive item on the menu, I had my doubts going in, but I could not deny there was something about this that made me want more. It's not your typical steak. I have steak all the time, but this one was phenomenal.

Dessert:
Chocolate souffle... This was not on their regular menu (as you can see from the picture of the menus), but having been to the Fairmont in the past, this was one of the must have items. Most souffles served in restaurants I have been to aren't fresh and hot. They are usually pre made and served cold. This is one of those exceptions. This is how a souffle should be.

They also did a tuna tartare with apple amuse bouche which was a nice start.
Bread service is included with 2 kinds of butter and fleur de sel.

We did breakfast as well. The biscuits and gravy were very good. Also ordered the smoothie which is pretty standard but over priced for what you get. I'd skip the smoothie.

Additional note: if you have any issues, bring it up with the manager. They gave a great management staff. We had a small issue with the chicken. We told the server who apologized but didn't do anything about it. I had read a review where that had happened to someone else. I asked for the manager who was very concerned and offered to comp us (which was unnecessary as it was a small thing). It was the offer and sincerity that I was looking for.

Beautiful indoor/outdoor space that is perfect for celebrating a special occasion. I informed the staff ahead of time that we were celebrating my husbands birthday and everyone we came across made him feel special. Everything we tried was delicious from the Rosemary Lemon bread to each of our entrees: Lamb Sirloin and Grilled Flannery Beef Butcher's Cut. I could eat a whole plate of the Rosemary Potato Pave included with my steak. It was so good! Thank you to Sante's pastry chef for creating a custom cake for my husband and thank you to our server Forrest for making it a night to remember!

I am staying at the Fairmont Sonoma this weekend and I came here for dinner tonight looking to enjoy a fine meal. I opted for the prix fixe and got the duck for an extra entree because it was appealing to me. My other entree was the Wagyu Steak. Pictures speak for themselves. The attention to detail, the carefully selected ingredients, and the amazing flavors that each bite delivered can be seen and tasted. From appetizer to desert, I was thoroughly pleased. The service was amazing. I would highly recommend Sante. Definitely coming back next time I am in Sonoma, CA.
