Horrible place. Liz was the only redeeming thing about this place and she’s gone now. They shut off the water constantly without any notice for hours upon hours upon other things…. STAY AWAY

Thank God the eviction moratorium is lifted, because of Covid-19 has been lifted and a number of sketchie people are gone. The spot rent is reasonable, electric, and water are metered, and a flat fee for sewage. You must maintain you own spot. No community services except laundry room (old and tired) and shower rooms (could be better maintained), and a pool (small but well kept).

This place is trash. Office lady won't even change a burned out 50amp outlet. The tenant is using the 15amp outlet. Not good enough come summer time. IT IS THE PARKS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHANGE OUTLETS ON THE PEDESTAL. The part is like 30$ and you maintenance guy should be able to do it. Figure it out, lady

Would you like to put some trash away?
No gonna happen. Despite a recent dumpster being installed not quite enough.

The store in front is great. Lowered the prices instead of ripping people simply because its on an island.
The mobile home park has a lot of... Well I wouldn't have my kids live there. Not understanding either as a corporation really. Write ups to obvious peoples with disabilities unable to clean the yard. Not even that messed up either. Long grass. Management is cool though.

New to area and just moved in. So far so good.
This photo is year and a half later. A little noisy up front, with the main road and gas station. Nice in the evening.

It was not good. Lady in office rude, acts like it is a resort when it is a low class trailer park. If she thinks treating people rude is right she shouldn't deal with public.

Older trailer park, ....seems quiet enough. The manager keeps people in check. Not to bad of a place until you check MEGANS LAW WEBSITE.
