Sarah Harrington is an excellent realtor! She had previously helped us purchase a home and we were extremely happy with her level of experience and knowledge of the local real estate market. She was friendly, with a great personality, so we felt comfortable calling her with questions and concerns. When we recently decided to sell our home, it was an easy decision to choose to work with Sarah again. She helped us find a realtor (out of state) to assist in the purchase of a new home. She also gave us excellent advise throughout the entire selling process. Unfortunately, we dealt with a water problem in the home we were selling, resulting in damage three weeks before closing! Sarah recommended a crew we could call to hopefully have the damage repaired. They did a great job, our ceiling was as good as new and we closed on schedule. Having a great realtor when things go smoothly is a top priority. Having one when you are faced with obstacles is vital. We confidently and highly recommend Sarah Harrington as a buyer’s or seller’s real estate agent!
