We were relocating from out of state and had a thousand different things going on. We were struggling with finding safe and reasonable housing. Half of the other companies/agents We reached out to didn't even respond. Sarah responded almost instantly outside of business hours and is now finalizing our new home here within just a few days. We have been going through so much personally I don't think she realizes how much we adore her right now. We are so happy we found her information before reaching someone else that would probably just take advantage of us and place on a back burner as most people do nowadays. I relocated to the Prattville area for work in late 2019 and contacted Sarah with questions about the area. She was very cordial and responsive, talking with me for months as I prepared for the home buying process. Sarah made time for me whenever a property became available often on short notice. Being a first time home buyer I had no clue what i was doing as far as buying a home, after a meeting she told me about the different types of loans out there, provided me with lenders to contact who were great to work with as well and got things done in a timely manner. Its been a long 2 year process from the start of the meeting til closing and she never skipped a beat on checking up on me, showing a number of homes around my crazy work schedule, and answering any question I had! It was a great pleasure working with it and made everything as painless as possible getting me into my home and definitely would recommend her to others as well on the future if i ever plan on moving!
