Sarah helped us design a house perfect for me now and years in the future. Based on her incredible knowledge and experience in the design process she made suggestions for options we would want for our particular model and lifestyle and those that past customers wished they had not chosen. She was spot on! She checked numerous times on the progress to make sure the construction was correct. I could always call her with questions and to arrange for a visit to the construction site. On one such visit we found a mistake that bothered me. Sarah took action and the next day it was fixed. Boy, I was amazed!
I could write an essay on how much she means to us. The entire process from the time we walked through her door until we walked though my new door could have been very stressful, she reduced that stress to a very small level and made the process fun. And she is still helping us, even after moving in.
