I lived here years ago. It was wonderful when I was here. The property management was stellar. In my experience most places treat you great before you sign the lease and then treat you awful after you are stuck with them but that wasn’t my experience here. They were great before I signed my lease but were even nicer after I signed. When I moved to a different state they literally packed a little bag of snacks and drinks for the long drive for me and my dad. I also loved that they didn’t charge a bunch of money to move out like cleaning fees and stuff. My other apartments charged a mandatory $275 cleaning fee and another for carpet and that was for everyone. At the time Saratoga said they clean it themselves.

The only downsides were the apartments weren’t smoke free and my downstairs neighbor smoked like a chimney. It was also pretty expensive to heat in the winter. My electric bill now is $50 a month less for twice as much space and 9 degrees warmer.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I have no complaints. The property manager (Luz), and the maintenance person (Eduardo) are amazing. Luz is always extremely helpful! Eduardo is so kind and super efficient. It really is a nice place to live.

The apartment complex is safe, clean, and has all of the amenities that one can ask for. The people that live park here are always quick to help, do a great job, and are friendly. The complex has community activities that are well run.

We love living here! Not only is the community beautiful, but the staff - Dan, Luz, Lenora and Ed are amazing! My apartment is renovated, parking is reserved and we have easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants and a gas station. They are pet friendly and my dog loves playing at the dog park. I highly recommend living at Saratoga Square!

Saratoga Square was a perfect fit for our family over the summer. We rented a townhouse on a short term lease while we prepared for relocation after our house sold. We were outside often, enjoying our patio, the community playground, and the dog park daily! We also loved the easy walk over to the grocery store, restaurants, and community pool. Luz was amazing to work with, always extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay at Saratoga Square made what might have been a difficult summer, a great experience for our family. Thank you!

We moved into a townhouse model this year. On our first day we came into our apartment having not been cleaned from the previous tenants. It was very dirty and full of trash. Leasing office is very poorly responsive (unless they're working to get you to sign your lease). Often it takes many un-returned phone calls and emails to get a reply from anyone. They also don't give proper notice about when they plan on entering your apartment. Whether it be for the maintenance man or pest control (because there are also a ton of bugs) they will often only let you know less than 24 hours before someone is to enter your apartment. This was troublesome for us having a highly anxious dog and having to either put her away for the day, or rearrange our schedules to be present. Overall I'd say do more research before signing here. Dirty, overpriced per square footage, and very poor customer service (despite their website being all about the *Van Metre Difference*)
