Please read before u rent!!!

Leaving Texas, so gonna try to save some people. Live there few years ago, now I feel safe to post

- unit fill with roaches
- non responsive maintenance (ie: was living in freezing cold for month before they finally come fix the heating system, then in summer there was no ac either… see attached pic)

Was legit dreading to come home from work. Can you imagine? 😂

The apartments are a little above average. The rent payment is not bad for the area, it is close to AT&T stadium and the entertainment district of Arlington as well as fairly close to downtown Arlington and the University of Texas Arlington. The one bedroom apartment has a decent amount of space and they have newly renovated available. The community is welcoming. Downsides are one bedrooms only get one parking space and not much visitor parking available so a lot of people have to resort to parking in the street in front of the apartments. Other than that you can expect to get what you pay for, they are not luxury but they are are decent for the price. It looks like they are working to improve the quality of living for residents, it has some potential. The manager Jamie Lopez does a good job at working with the residents on any problems that arise. They have some events and deals for the residents as incentives.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and comfortable. From the moment I walked in for a tour, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.

The leasing office team is always available to answer questions and address any concerns promptly. A welcoming place and great place!

What a fabulous place! Apartments are spacious and well maintained, paint looks fresh and management is always available to talk to. Great value for money!

Two big things wrong with this place, the HVAC and the hot water system. I'm curious how old this equipment really is because it seems at least 40-50 years old? The apartment manager didn't reply to my emails about how hot the apartment gets (even in January!). They never explained to me how the chiller air system can only have heat OR cool on at a time, then twice a year they switch it all over.
On a hot day in January, it got up to 88 degrees inside my apartment, how is that livable? Apparently they used to have window A/C units, someone decided to take them away but they don't realize how hot it gets without it.
And hot water, you cannot get a constant temperature for a shower or bath. You're in there and it will instantly change to complete cold or get very very very hot with no warning, cycling back and forth. My partner doesn't shower at my place because of this.
The apartment is big, new floor, paint, stove, and sliding back door. I'm willing to overlook other things but the air and water is pretty bad.

DO NOT RENT HERE……
I have had issue after issue I CURRENTLY have termites and the office staff told me there’s nothing they can do til Thursday possibly/ POSSIBLY not even positive they will, I have had human feces in my tub and my ceiling recently collapsed which took 3 weeks to repair there was a bad infestation of roaches when I moved in and there still is bad roaches there is NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE and all maintenance concerns are disregarded my bathroom has mold that they came and painted over and I have had to call the health department over 5 times SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to rent here!

Sidenote the human feces in my tub took 3 days to get rid of it happened on a Saturday morning they have no weekend or after hour maintenance and they did not get involved til about 3pm that Monday.

i wasn’t going to say anything but this place is HORRIBLE worst first apartment EVER!! towed my car cause i didn’t have a ‘sticker’ for their records then i’ve contacted the leasing manager THREE times about our heater they’ve done absolutely nothing about it not only the heater but our ceiling is leaking and they still have YET to fix it , i’m pregnant and have a two year old that is always cold cause of their failure to fix our heater truly as humans you wouldn’t wanna live like this so why let your residents at the end of the day do better for your community!!

Wow, visited this property a few years ago and thought I would try again. What a difference! Learned they are under new management and the property looks so much nicer! Waiting to get approved.
