Very bad service attitude, a deceptive car dealership, booked a Raptor over the phone, drove 3 hours to pick it up, and was told that it had been bought by someone else. Be careful everyone

I would leave TRIPLE ZERO stars
I had some issues with the engine of my F150.
I came into the dealer, and they told me that I have to schedule an appointment for a month later.
When I brought in my vehicle a month later, they told me that they had to order parts, and then they told me they didn't have a lift to fix it.
It's already been there for more than 2 months. It's sitting in the parking lot, doing nothing over there. Don't give me a rental at this time.
I'm still waiting as of now.

It's not my first time that I had such a bad experience with them 😡

This review is not for the dealership, it is for the Ford Motor Company. I have brought and leased ford trucks since 1994. But after the stupid Ford "Men's only Explorer" Comercial... I will never buy or lease a Ford again. Another company goes woke and puts down men through their Comercial. Unbelievable!

Isaac went above and beyond in finding me the best vehicle that met my needs. He presented me all of my options and rebates, was patient while I made my decision.
