Schultz Property Management is a company full of crooks and liars. They do not respond to texts or calls if you get lucky and get an answer it will likely be Alie giving you an attitude. I was left without a refrigerator for nearly a month. I was left without hot water for a week. I was also left without drains that properly drain for almost 2 months. Out of the 8 windows 5 were broken upon move in, as well as a box of garbage sitting on the floor. I did all the cleaning to the apartment before my move in date as me and the building manager discussed, they then charged me for a cleaning fee the day I moved in. I was then threatened fines for “animal waste” in the yard (the slice of grass next to the sidewalk) while there was no trace of anything. I was require to pay a double security deposit simply because I am young. Now that I am in the process of leaving they want me to meet them at absurd times to do a “walk through” and want my NEW address to send my security deposit back. In my 9 months I was able to stand with them they went through 3 building managers, that should tell you what you need to know about the company internally. These scammers are a joke and only see you as dollar signs. PLEASE STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars I would , this company is ridiculous. They purchased the mobile home court I live in and immediately raised the rent and added water meters making our rent payment over 200 dollars . They claimed the raise was due for repairs that needed to be done but as of now not one thing has been done , the snow removal is non existent. The roads are full of pot holes and breaking apart , trees have not been trimmed since I have lived here for over 7 years . You can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and if you have a disagreement with them they won’t return your calls . The court I live in has mainly people on fixed income and they can barely afford the rent and now we got notice the rent is going up again . My daughter was without power for 2 months due to issues that were the courts problem , it ruined her washer and fridge and 3 tvs which they refuse to help replace . They said they would give her a discount on lot rent for have no power but she hasn’t seen that yet and this issue was in August . There have been so many people that moved out of the court due to all the increases and not one thing done for upkeep . The have properties in Wisconsin and now North Dakota , if you come across this company I would think twice about moving into any of their locations. I have never seen a more disorganized company in my life .

They are doing better now and I am happy to be living here but the office on 3rd ave is never open when I come to pay rent so the hours need to be adjusted accordingly. I've left the rent in their mailbox and sometimes it doesn't get picked up until after the 1st of the month so this shouldn't be on us. The online website charges $10 extra to pay rent online with a debit card so this is just not an option.

Very sad we pay way to much on apartment. For all the shit we have been through with this house I ended up in a wheelchair back steps crumbled underneath me flow 3 feet away from porch. To many surgery to try and fix me.thanks for my life. Ow wait he hires people. 2 weeks without lights electronic box caught fire. So want out of this death trap.

Horrible company bought our mobile home park and are trying to make us all homeless now! $150 a month lot rent increase! You should be ashamed! They only respond when they feel like it. Disgusting

They did not give me back my $98 that I sent them using cash app by mistake. I sent to $Schultzproperty instead of $Schutzproperty. I emailed , phone them, cash app them and they ignore me. What a company that care less

This place is a an awful place to live, they just raised the rent another 125.00 for supposed improvements that aren't being done. Diago the supposed manage is rude as hell. You people never even sent a notice that you were raising the rent it just shows up in the mail. I could see if there was no POTHOLES thru the whole thing, a playground for kids or actual improvements. Going on and out trying to miss potholes so it doesn't tear up my car that is worth more than that park. Pitiful, useless people to run this park! You need sued for the damage done to people cars.....

This company is not good. I would give zero stars. They don't respond back with texts, calls, emails. Only time they call is if you are behind on rent.
Our heater went out and can't get ahold of anyone
