Brought paperwork by and still couldn’t get water on because they don’t accept cards for deposits. We just came back with a check for deposits and they lost our paperwork within four days. Already off to a great start with this company. We are renting and now we have to have the landlord who doesn’t live locally redo the paperwork. Had to get a manager to get involved the first time we came by and they took the paperwork and said all we have to do is come back and pay for the deposit. Love it.

This is by far the worst water company i have ever dealt with 200 dollar deposit to turn your water on and a ridiculous forms to fill out who ever is in charge here should be fired.

I got my water bill it said I had until 06/10/2024 to pay the bill I have it in hand .today they cut off my water put on a lock and its after hours no one to call but the emergency number I work 12hrs get off at 6:30 so now I'm sitting with no water even after paying a 50 dollar reconnect fee. Guess they needed that 50 dollars baldy.

During my past payments to my account I’ve had zero issue, but for some reason today, it wouldn’t accept my account number online or over the phone. The same account number that I’ve been using ever since I’ve had an account here. So when I called to see why I was not able to make the payment I was met with attitude on the phone and the women said “ I don’t know what you want me to do about it. “ she was very rude and was not helpful in any way.

They don't keep records of cash payment. So make sure you keep payment records minimum 3 months. They will cut your water off even if it's paid.

they are trying to cut mine off to and its been paid charging reconnect fee when it was never disconnected Im sick of them more like 0 stars and god forbid they try and wave the fee u should have never had in the first place

This place charges way too much and is stuck with 1940 technology. Typical government-run agency.
