Scott helped us sell our home in late 2021. Our property was a very unique property without a lot of comps (13 acres in Fall City with a creek running through the property and a detached garage with a MIL on top of it) so it was not a cookie cutter situation. Scott handled everything we needed to get the sale done quickly and efficiently. We had it sold the first weekend we listed for $50K above asking.
