Just spent the week with family in Casa Cayucos at the Sea Gull Motel. What a great place in a great little beach town. Owners are welcoming and make sure you feel you're in a home away from home. Casa Cayucos had all the needed amenities: Full kitchen, laundry, comfy beds, books, games for families/kids, and a block's walk to the beach. Cayucos has nice places to eat and is central to many Central Coast hot spots, which you can usually get to within a drive of 30 minutes or less. Highly recommend.

The Sea Gull Motel was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Met the owners who were very personable. Very nicely located. A short walk to the beach, a short walk to town. Just a half hour or so to so many attraction, i.e. Hearst Castle, missions, beautiful town of San Luis Obispo, Morro Rock and many more. The full kitchen, two full bathrooms, bunkbeds, and private "master" bedroom was comfortable for our two adults and three children. It was a short walk to the beach. With no guests above or below and the main living area isolated from other units, we didn't need to be concerned with the kids' noise and TV volume. Beach towels, surf board, and boogie board is a plus.

Great location right in the heart of Cayucos! The room was spacious for being so close to the beach. Close want to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is a small area to sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze! We are a family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was a nice surprise! The room was clean, comfortable, and an amazing price. We are coming back to the Sea Gull Motel again soon!

Thanks to Omega for creating such a great place to stay. We had a great two nights enjoying San Simeon and Morro Bay. Made use of the kitchen and had a fab meal at scooners. Great set up for a family of five. The boogie boards and surf board where a bonus - thank you.
