If you’re looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Seaview apartments. Ariana, the manager is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond. Always answers her phone, and helps you through the complete process. So stop looking and call Ariana.

I lived at Seaview almost 2 years. I would say it's not much different from most apartment complexes where you get a mix of people who respect their property and the space of those around them and some people who do not. With that said, the location is great! There are some people who live there who I consider friends.

Management was attentive, fair, and always promptly addressed my concerns. They refunded my deposit minus half a nominal cleaning service cost I knew was coming because they explained that when you move in. Some people have complained about not having their deposit fully refunded but I've seen how people have left their apartments full of furniture, trash, holes in the walls, and smelling like a ashtray. It's not surprising that's who complains. As far as the price to live there, I think anywhere in Southern California is overpriced. The location is phenomenal with easy access to the beach, lots of places to walk to to have a beverage, food, and shop. Seaview is its own small community and overall my experience there was good. Hence 4 stars.

I am a current resident of the Seaview apartments unfortunately. I have lived here 3 years. I stood so long because I was changing careers and could not afford to move out. The previous manager was horrible. The new manager has a horrible attitude well after you move in that is. She threatens constantly about compliance fees that she can just add to your account if she feels like. So you have no rights.That could ruin your credit. 5 or 6 people have died since I have been here. So sad. Thank goodness I am out of here at the end of January. The roaches are out of control and you will constantly have pesticide people in your place. Cops are always here. All I am saying is if you want a nice quiet life without being treated poorly don't come here. I told my other neighbor buddy that it's sad when you see good normal people looking at places here. I would say something to them but I would probably get a compliance fee added to my account that I have no way to contest. I am probably going to face some backlash from this but what's right is right.

The location it’s self is conveniently across from the beach But the conditions are bad. This is the type of place the paints over hard wear, and will have missing or broken locks. When we moved in the apartment was filthy, it’s a small space and we still spent the whole day cleaning from top to bottom. After we moved out we were still charged janitorial even though it was clear janitorial was not used before WE moved in. Some of the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves then there are the neighbors that are loud, fighting, yelling screaming or partying. You get random people who do not live in sea view walking though the to get to and from the beach who don’t respect the property. I also can’t tell you how many time I tried to leave my apartment a homeless person was asleep on my bench and nothing was done about it. It’s over 1700 a month and for a tiny rundown spot with A laundry room as its only amenity and for what to say you live across for the beach? Traffic is also a pain specially during the summer.

$1700 for $300 in amenities if that. The place is falling apart like water soaked bread. The whole area smells like a ashtray. I'm embarrassed to even walk by it in such a beautiful area. But that's just from perspective. Everyone was really nice to talk to. But that's usually how it works, the area that's a little rougher is more like a big family. The rich side of the area nobody even knows their neighbor.

It is with deep regret that my daughter, Christie, and I are leaving Sea View Apartments. This has been our home for the last two years.
New HUD senior apartments have just been built in Oceanside and since I only have my social security for income, I must take advantage of their low monthly rents.
Here at Sea View, everyone treats each other like family. I am sure that this is due to the fact that our manager, Raphael Ruiz, treats each of us as family.
Sea View has treated us to BBQ's and when we asked to have get togethers on Halloween, etc., we are encouraged to do so.
We have made lasting relationships here and hope to come back to visit often.

Just read the last review "Very good", what!!! I agree, I have not seen fleas, nor roaches, but, I have to agree with the other review! Well put, trash, etc, being allowed to come on the property and cause problems with noise, etc. Management allows these things, security, allows these things, but maybe if security didn't have a night job and slept all day, so he could be an active security, then maybe it would be better. Management does not hold anyone to what they agreed on by signing the lease, but does pick and choose what they allow to be broken on the lease. For example; loitering and noise, but if I wanted to break the lease and move the hell out of here, I would be held to keeping to this part of the lease! LOL If you are thinking of moving in, then think about this; if you are a pot head, smoker, partier, disrespectful, show no regard for the lives of other residents lives out of selfishness, then this is the place for you, but if not, then run away! Seaview is called "The hood on pacific" and is known as the worst place to live in on pacific st.! I am embarrassed to tell people where I live! Oh, and if you go to security and complain about anything, he will tell you that your complaints are "CRAP"! Nice, right!

I love and adore this place my heart is here..... To be totally real there was roach problems and you get your share of crime being by the beach..... the tenants and the management are great there's a total sense of community like having each other's back and the price All Things Considered being where it's at is steep not Steep for the market actually about the most affordable place you're going to find in the area and the biggest the most notable thing about the places is the size just know their Studios small Studios but if you can live solo or in very close quarters and you love the beach you can't beat it!!
