Sean makes you feel like you are his only client. In 2022 he gave us a relocation tour of Yuma and showed us 8 homes... on a Saturday with two days notice.
It took a year to sell our house but once we were ready Sean set up another set of showings 5 houses this time. He made sure we got our full of each one before moving forward.
Once the choice was made he put our best interests first and made sure everthing was coordinated. He even had a cleaner come in before we arrived.

Sean Allen is up early eager to start work! This is great as we are a military family and get our day started early. Sean is easy to work with especially for military families because of the docu-sign program that is used for everything. He is helpful, always answers calls or returns them promptly and is easily reached by text message as well. Sean is nice & friendly, knowledgeable of the market, and worked hard to get us the home we wanted. I highly recommend Sean because our buying process sailed to a happy closing! We cannot thank Sean enough for finding us our dream home! He you certainly knows Yuma and we love our new home!

Buying a house should be a fun and exciting process, with Sean Allen he made sure it was as smooth, efficient and enjoyable as it could ever be. I could not imagine a realtor more involved and understanding of our needs. My fiancé was so grateful to have Sean as our realtor.
