This is our SECOND Richmond home and we have tons of problems this time around! We have been in this home for 3 months! In our first Richmond home, if there were problems things were fixed right away. They rushed our closing just to get it done! My linen closet is not done in my master, the frame of my garage is not painted, paint on the floor from when they did the touchups in garage, hole in the sliding glass door track, upgrades for electrical not working, and what’s sad they have one person fixing everything!!! The problems are the higher ups. The higher ups need to fix the problems. They can’t have one person trying to fix everything in multiple communities.

Scam alert!! Worse company ever. They have us stuck in an endless never ending contract and are refusing to build our home. They have 2 available now and you would think they would make us a deal so that they could fill those homes but they will not. They want the interest rate to increase again so they can get more money out of us. We were told the house be done by dec then feb now march. Have not even started it. They had 3 people trying to get lot 10 and there lender denied all 3, all they want is your deposit. Please run!!!!!

Pesimo servicio al cliente despues de que la propiedad fue comprada. El parque comunitario no sido terminado y la puerta de seguridad de la entrada a la comunidad no funciona para nada permitiendo que los homeless entren a cualquier hora.
Y por ultimo los defectos de la casa no los arreglan a tiempo y no regresan las llamadas a un tiempo razonable.

Después que compre la casa a presentado muchos problemas , reportar cada problema es difícil y además no responden . Te cobran la asociación y todavía no han terminado el parque ni las rejas de entrada apesar que ya todas las casas ya están vendida y ocupadas .
