I've lived in one of their properties for nearly 6 months. My maintenance requests went unfixed and ignored. I had to re request for maintenance regarding leaks repeatedly and we still have the issue. They promise to come back with parts or a specialist then don't. My building has had repeated security concerns and they cancel or delete all of our messages requesting footage or reaching out for help.

Do not rent from this company! They do not care about you or even their properties. They do not respond to maintenance requests and will ghost you. Interesting that they are able to pay rent for an office space on Lake Union but seemingly can’t afford to maintain their properties.

Dishonest and unprofessional. They double charged me for a large item removal (I paid through the online portal and they deducted from my security deposits) which is indicated on my invoice/ledger and they are very rude, condescending, and insistent that I was not charged twice, even though I have documentation stating otherwise. They refuse to explain the charges on the invoice that they provided. Instead of answering a simple question they gave me the runaround. You can do better.
