We are renting out our home in Seattle while we are living out of state. Seattle Rental Management gave us the best price out of other agencies. We contacted three and they won out. I am so happy we signed with them. The Team we worked with is fantastic. They quickly answer emails and our tenants are really happy too. SRM fees are super reasonable and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of the things they do or occasionally charge us. I highly recommend their service. Anyone looking for a no hassle agency and one that takes care of the owner then please call them.

As far as rental agencies go, this one isn’t bad. They’ve gone out of their way to help with an issue we were having with utilities billing and have always responded promptly to any work order we’ve put in. They send people for yearly inspections and sometimes a contractor if something bigger needs to be done but other than that we really don’t hear from them. One last thing, the maintenance guy they send out is awesome!

I’ve had a great experience with the folks at SRM, when i was moving in a couple years ago everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and when it comes to maintenance requests they are very quick to respond and send someone out. Definitely appreciate their hard work and dedication!

Seattle Rental Management has been a nightmare to deal with. My refrigerator has been broken for over a month, and despite multiple emails to David asking for a repair timeline and about rental credits, I’ve received zero response.

This issue has caused serious disruptions to my life. I need to store medication in the fridge, and because of this, I had to reschedule an important surgery. When I asked about mutually ending the lease due to their inability to repair the fridge, I was told I need to "understand how difficult it is for them to repair." Really?

This level of neglect and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend renting from them unless you enjoy being ignored and dealing with unresolved issues that affect your health and well-being.
