I have lived at the E Franklin building for quite some time because it’s very affordable, and the property management staff is always quick to respond to my concerns. The only issue is building security. On a couple of occasions, there have been problems with packages being tampered with. While the management staff is sympathetic, they need to update the entry doors.

I have been a tenant of Secam Properties for over two years and I have had an excellent experience. I found Amy de Venoge to be an excellent manager of the property- quick to respond to issues and easily accessible for assistance of any kind. The property itself is well maintained and service repairs are handled timely and effectively (which is an incredibly important facet of a tenant's living experience). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

I love my apt complex! My apt is not the most updated , but they charge a very great price and everything is well run. Secam is currently updating some of their apartments. Even with the knew updated/ renovated apartments the price is great compared to new condos being built in the area! Managment is awesome and very great. I enjoy leasing from this company.

Do not rent from this property. I have absolutely had the worst experience trying to move out of this property. Can not seem to get a hold of anyone to the point they stopped answering. Nothing has been updated and of course when they need something they are on you, but when the tenant needs something they go ghost. Maintenace always takes forever and they are not prorating rent for move out something I have never had an issue with. Horrible service.

THIS IS A WARNING! PLEASE DO NOT LEASE WITH SEACAM INC. PROPERTIES ON E FRANKLIN STREET. I was supposed to move in early July and the property manager forgot what day I was supposed to move in and I was forced to sleep in a hotel for two nights. When my stuff was finally moved in I discovered I had a severe roach infestation. If you are considering moving to this place, yes it's cheap for the location and it's updated. BUT the property manager is the only person overseeing 3 properties and she has no clue how to run a business. To make matters worse I informed her I have an allergy to roaches and she told me it was "fine" to stay in the apartment. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
