I have worked with David, Jennine and the team at Secure One for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. I now live in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I needed help renting out my house in Westlake VIllage. They did a good job preparing the house to rent, helped us find a landscaper to maintain the yard etc. They found us a good tenant and managed the rental process well. After the renters moved out, we decided to sell and Jennine helped us get contractors to install new windows and upgrade the house to get the best price. They got us multiple bids and worked with the contractors to make sure the work was done well.
David managed to get us multiple buyers, and we sold the property for well above the listing price. They did a great job of managing the sales process, and we were able to close quickly.
