From our first contact, I knew I was in good hands with Lonna Lamphere. She is professional, competent, and she understood right away what kind of home I wanted and needed. I would recommend Stephanie Dalton Van Veckhoven to everyone!!! She is very passionate about helping people find the right house to make a home. Shawn is a very visible real estate agent, meaning you know he's working for you. He isn't one to list your home online and hope that's enough. The photos and 3D virtual tour of our home Shawn made were amazing. And the brochures were very high quality. Our listing compared to other similar homes on the market outshined the rest because of his attention to detail with the marketing piece. Shawn also held two very successful open houses for us which ultimately brought in our buyer. Selling a home isn't always easy and sometimes unexpected things come up during inspections and appraisals. It seemed like Shawn had someone on speed dial for every situation to get something fixed in a hurry and fixed well. Some people think they don't need a realtor to sell a home but I don't know what we would have done without him! Highly recommended.

I am working indirectly with a realtor who’s only concern is the convenience for herself. She is very rude and unrealistic. She has canceled plans and taken her time letting us know these things, but still expects us to be open about what she wants to do. I will never work directly with another realtor from this company via this experience.

The worst experience ever our guy did do much couldn't contact him M.T.A half the time. Left us doing everything.Homeless for 3 weeks. We had to live a total during that time which meant money out of our pockets just all bad would not recommend still haven't made it right.
