I am deeply disheartened to share a distressing experience involving my family and Sennet Semi Trailers. A family member of mine was riding her horse on property that bordered Sennet Semi Trailers when her horse tripped over a pipe sticking out of the ground, causing both her and the horse to fall. This accident resulted in a significant injury to my family member’s back, potentially a life-long issue. Not to mention her horse was hurt. She had the courtesy to notify the management of Sennet Semi Trailers about the hazardous pipe and the incident that occurred. Instead of addressing the safety concern and showing any empathy towards her injury, the manager’s response was appalling.

Not only did the manager completely ignore her injury, but he also began to stalk her, even going as far as showing up at her home. This behavior terrified her children and added to the trauma of the incident. To make matters worse, the manager demanded approximately $500 for the damage to the pipe, showing a complete lack of compassion and responsibility, And even the audacity to file a small claims case, in retaliation for us looking for compensation for medical bills caused by them.

This situation highlights the heartlessness and poor moral compass of those working for Sennet Semi Trailers. It is incomprehensible how they can disregard the safety and well-being of individuals while prioritizing minor property damage over a serious injury caused by their negligence. Regardless of whether this is a family-owned business, they seriously need to reevaluate their hiring practices and reconsider the manner in which they handle such incidents.

No one should have to endure such bullying and negligence after suffering an injury. I urge others to think twice before engaging with Sennet Semi Trailers, as their actions reflect a profound lack of respect and care for people.

Very helpful. Clean good place to store a semi trailer. I was here helping with inventory on a trailer stored here. The workers in the office were friendly, and the staff in the yard were also very helpful.

So these guys had me pick a trailer and fill out a credit app. So they ran my credit and I got approved. Well before I could get my trailer they sell it. Waste of time and a credit check that didn't need to be on my credit report. Poor business dealings
