Do not rent from this landlord. He is unfair, doesn't take noise complaints seriously, his property was not clean and move in ready. There were dead stink bugs everywhere on the floors and spiders were a constant problem along with centipedes and box elder bugs getting into the house all the time. The screens in the windows were ripped and didn't fit the frame properly. The exterior walls let the cold in very easily and was not well insulated. He does not work with late payments and will take you to court at the very first chance he has. It was over all a very traumatic experience for myself and my husband who happen to be a disabled individual.
