We worked with Krista for a few years looking for the right place/opportunity in the Serene Lakes area. Krista knows the area VERY well and had a ton of insights on issues related to location, pricing, and comps. She was also very patient. Over a few years we explored the possibility of buying land to develop as well as various homes in the area before we ultimately found a cabin that we were interested in bidding on. That was neither an easy nor a normal process as the home was being sold by a bankruptcy trustee and the process needed to go through court approval. Krista navigated us through the unique process by working with the trustee and their agent, even going so far as to attend the court hearing when a last-minute bidder appeared. We couldn't be more thankful for all her efforts and guidance.

We had been toying with selling our house in Serene Lakes and had Krista and her team come to the house to take a look. I was so impressed with how they handled everything. They went room by room, noting what needed to be fixed, changed, etc. And, better yet, they handled finding all the people and products that were needed. Then, out of the blue, Krista called us and said she had a buyer! We live several hours away from the house so Serene Lakes Realty handled everything on our behalf. They found a buyer, got the offer in and helped us close in less than a month. If you are looking to either buy or sell around the summit of Tahoe, these folks are the ones to work with!
