My sales rep was Gema. I was at Serramonte 30 minutes prior to closing. She greeted me with a positive hello in her tone and asked how I was doing then asked if she could help me. She was able to answer my questions and if there was something she didn’t know she was honest and responded with I can find out for you. No pressure. Just facts and a great attitude. That’s why I am a very happy owner of a 2024 Bronco. The next day she followed up and made sure I was in good hands and happy with my purchase.
