I have noticed a decline in the level of customer service and professionalism exhibited by Amy Smith. My recent interactions with her have left me feeling undervalued and concerned about the quality of service I have received. Recently, there have been delays in responses, with some emails going unanswered despite multiple follow-ups which has resulted in me leaving this review. Emails sent out by the HOA have been missed and not sent to me resulting in my water being shut off without warning or people walking on my roof without warning. Luckily I am in the Facebook group for my community and most of the changes I find out through my neighbors who are homeowners at they get the emails directly and will post them to the Facebook group. These emails don’t come to the tenant, they get forwarded to me by Amy from the HOA.

In the past, maintenance requests have been closed without resolution, resulting in delays in addressing issues because Amy thought they were resolved without checking with me to ensure. Despite my longstanding relationship with Amy over six years, the current level of service appears to be diminishing. I have requested to escalate my concerns to her manager or supervisor on two occasions, but have yet to receive a response, which is another reason I’m writing this review despite more than a month passing since my initial request. We need to do better by tenants as I may not renew my lease strictly based on Amy Smith’s service.

Based on the feedback from reviews, it appears that this company excels in providing excellent service to homeowners, but falls short in catering to the needs of their tenants or it may just be Amy that does this? I’m not too sure but this is based off of my personal experience over the last six years.

They delivery the house dirty and in some bad details
Now that we move out they are charging back for the same details we put on the checklist of move in

The rep jesse did not read emails and do not care anything from the tenants, we delivery the house in better condition they give to us and anyway they are holding part of our deposit even we pay fir professional cleaning

UPDATE
After we have to fill up formats to appeal for the deposit they return the full amount because we was right. All this can be prevented if they read their own documents
