It is a quiet and comfortable place to live. It is very nice and clean.
The only thing missing is for the neighbors to learn to keep their pets and the laundries clean (they leave a lot of trash even though the cleaning staff is always on the lookout).

Joanna was trying her best but the property is Over priced for what they offer. Kitchen drawers face were coming off, grease on the doors, shower tub was just painted. The new carpet and AC were nice along with the size of the apartment.

I just wanted to thank the management team here for always being so kind and helpful. They have always had a very fast response whenever we needed something fixed in our apartment. Everyone is very profesional and respectful.
I especially wanted to extend our gratitude to Sapphire in the management office. She has gone above and beyond helping me on several occasions. She is very patient and always helps resolve any concerns or questions I have. Makes me feel safe and comfortable knowing I rely on the management team if I ever need something taken care of in my apartment. We wanted to express our gratitude and thanks.

The entire team here has been really attentive, responsive and pleasant to work with during my recent move in.

We had some minor questions on the apartment after moving in and Sapphire helped coordinate a maintenance team member to come over right away to assist us. Todd was really helpful, explained to us how to submit work orders for future concerns and the supervisor Jorge even stopped by to double check everything.

Big shoutout to Sapphire for helping us find an available apartment here based on some odd requests we had, but she happily scoped out all the apartments to best meet our needs. She has been really helpful throughout this moving process and moving is really never fun or easy, but she helped lessen the stress and work involved in it.

Thank you Todd from the maintenance team! They are all super awesome and quick. He fixed this crazy annoying vibration noise coming from downstairs by playing detective today! He’s made it so we can relax in our apartment in peace.

If you like gettingyour laundry stolen and and admin who doesn't care this is the place for you. Breakingmy lease as soon as I'm able to. The only good thing was the efficient maintenance personnel, specifically Todd, he's a hard working employee and gets the work orders done promptly and satisfactory.

I’m a current resident & I just wanna say that the maintenance team is AMAZING! Any request I have Todd always calls me the next day and is so quick to fix it! My A/C wasn’t cooling & there was a smell coming from it & he replaced it within the hour I’ve been running it ever since lol! Toilet seat broke in the master bath and he replaced it super fast! I’ve never had my requests fixed so fast at any other apartment I’ve lived at. Jorge is great too! Always so fast and efficient! Great Job maintenance team!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would… this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. There always dog poop everywhere, there’s a CONSTANT roach issue that doesn’t get resolved. The company they use to “service” are there for less than 5 minutes and leave. I’ve had my packages stolen off my doorstep. I’ve had MY CAR broken into and STOLEN. There’s always kids running around kicking doors to apartments. Every week there’s homeless encampments that pop up and hang out/live by the cars that belong to tenants. The “security” is never to be seen. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have seen them twice. I also have never met a single office personnel in my entire time living here. I’m counting down the minutes till I can move into my new apartment. I’m even playing for rent are 2 places just to get out of here sooner than later. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT
