From not only having an awesome front staff. Maintenance is not only just as awesome but, very knowledgeable, polite and observant. They took care of all my work orders in one short visit. They noticed I didn't wear shoes in my home and not only cleaned their shoes but didn't walk on the carpet if they didn't have to. (Thank you)
I am extremely happy I moved here instead of staying in Plano.

The apartment complex is very old. I do feel if the complex units were renovated then this would definitely be a top 3 apartment in Arlington. They do have upgraded apartments too with that being said, again keep in mind the complex has been here for some time. This is also the reason of the rating.

The people are nice, no noise, quiet, no one bothers no one. We’ve been here since June and haven’t had any problems. The leasing office agents are nice, Ms. Angie especially; I would recommend anyone to request her when looking at the apartments.

We’ve been here a year so far, we will be renewing for a new apartment. Let me just say Ms. Angie has been treating us so well. I’m honestly happy she is the manager, since moving to Dallas years I haven’t found an apartment manager like her. Our lease ended being done so we were moving to a new unit but we didn’t like they layout and they didn’t have anymore 2bd available so we searched for something else ended up not finding nothing for move in quickly. We were able to speak to with a leasing agent and with the approval of Ms. Angie or Ms.Tasha they were willing to work with us to find something available with no problem. Yes we had to down size but we’re willing to wait until something comes available until August hopefully we can get the bigger apartment that will be available. I thank them so much for everything that they have done for us. In regards to the renovated apartments they do have them but they go quick and they’re very nice.

UPDATE:

CANCELLED MY LEASE BEFORE THE END DATE. This apartment complex should be condemned. No insulation in the walls so the electric bill is astronomical (doesnt matter what company you go through), infestations EVERYWHERE (roaches, wasps, beetles), floors are falling through and your feet can go through the floor in some places, management NEVER IS THERE DURING THEIR HOURS. They leave early and come in late, sometimes they don't even show up! This place should be CONDEMNED. New management does not give a rip about their tenants. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THEIR STAGED PHOTOS.

When I first moved in, they switched my apartment unit that day. They didnt allow me to see it until after I paid. It was infested with german roaches and beetles. They attempted to fix it but couldn't due to the infestation so they moved me into the apartment I am in now. When I moved in there was water all over the bathroom floor from the AC unit due to it being broken. They assured me it was fixed now and that the water would be gone by the time I moved my stuff the following day which it was...However...

AC unit has been out for 2 months total now. No fixes from the landlord except a portable unit that can only cool one room. Management changed within the last 2 months and still no fix. I had to pay an exterminator out of pocket to remove a wasps nest from my door after reporting it numerous times without any response and now I have not heard back about my AC unit being out. It has been 80-90 degrees inside my apartment for the past 2 months and I work from home. This is unbearable.

I love this place, by far my favorite apartment complex to live in. Honestly feels like a home and not and apartment. The staff and facilities management is great. When ever I have a issue or a concern it is addressed immediately. I love that that complex is clean and the whole area is regularly cleaned and maintained with out laspe. My neighbors are great very friendly I have never had any complaints about anyone. Over all I love this place I recommend it to everyone I know and trust looking for a great place to live.

Shout out to Sara and management inside for helping get the residents help in the this crazy times that we are in and to all the Maintenance guys thank you for staying up on your Jobs we all appreciate it and appreciate you!!

I've lived at Shadow Ridge now for about 5 months and have no complaints. Management has been very involved and responsive when it comes to making improvements and responding to issues. Maintenance is super fast and usually shows up within a matter of minutes if you have something that needs to be fixed. Sarah in the office is very sweet and professional. I feel good about my choice to live here. Oh, and I love that they do community activities like food trucks and pool parties!

The first time ever living in an apartment & I chose Shadow Ridge & I must say I've been there for about two years now and they are always on top of everything. The staff is always so helpful and friendly! The maintenance team is always quick at fixing any problem in a timely matter. The staff has a great landscape crew that is out every week bright & early in the morning cutting the grass and trimming the Shrubs.”I love sitting out on my balcony!

I have lived here for over 4 years and I have been extremely happy. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to veterans park which I use frequently. The apartments aren’t perfect because they are getting up there in age and will always have maintenance that needs to be done. The staff are responsive and friendly and do their best to keep up with maintenance and communication. They have done a wonderful job navigating the COVID-19 crisis and helping their renters make it through this difficult time. I recently bought a house and I am having to move out otherwise I would stay here as long as I could.
