Very honest, they fast when something need to fixing, keeping doing everything the best they can. I love the team!!
They fixed my bathtub, stove,
And my 22 years the I leave here I see a very good team from the office and maintenance,
They treat everyone with respect and they have to endure many grievances from ourselves. We should be more aware of respecting them, they do the best they can like we are humans and we make mistakes, There are rules and we have to respect them to continue having a place to live. Maria has been so kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I liked that she offered my daughter to change the TV channel to cartoons while we filled out paperwork. You can tell she knows her tenants well and offers the pets treats in the office. The facility is very clean and well kept.

Do not even bother. Terrible Management.
Made a appointment that was confirmed via email to view an available apartment with my spouse today and was told upon arriving there was a 3 1/2 year wait list. Also the price listed online was for people on the wait list only and our price would have been $1700 instead of $1200. Very confusing messaging. Fix your office and website

The 12 years I lived at Shadow Way it was a nightmare. What made the living experience horrible was the office and maintenance staff. The office manager is so poor at her job that she’s always behind on her work. Amy which is her name is always harassing all the tenants even when she’s off the clock. It’s gotten so bad that she’s also made families separate from her instigating false accusations. The maintenance guy is always on drugs and doesn’t even know how to function. If shadow way wants to have 5stars they need to rehire new staff that actually cares about their tenants and property.

I have to say that this community and especially the unit I stay in is AWESOME. The staff have gone over and beyond with making my kids and I feel welcomed here. Anything I need fixing the maintenance do it same day or next day with no hesitation. I'm glad to be apart of this community and only thing I wish they had is our own washer and dryer units. But I would definitely recommend.

The pros of Shadow Way Apartments include nice and clean units complete with appliances, and also a fairly spacious layout. The price is good, staff is great and friendly, there's free movie rentals at the office, pool and hot tub, and it's a gated community. We're super close to schools, the freeway, park, and walking distance to a movie theater and stores. The apartment buildings are also very nice, appealing, and they keep up the landscaping nicely. Maintenance is quick and thorough. There's also a lot of community stuff like annual garage sales, movie nights at the pool, parties with raffles, and other cool stuff. Plus, we don't have to pay water, trash, and sewage which is awesome.

My only complaint would be that there's not enough parking, and there is no assigned parking. Residents get parking permits for their cars, but if you want a designated spot you have to pay for a carport or garage. It doesn't seem like there's enough parking at all since some residents have more than one car. So, parking can get a little frustrating since it's first come first serve for the free uncovered parking spots. Also there's not a whole lot of visitor's parking. All in all though, the pros outweigh the cons, and I would definitely recommend Shadow Way.
