Steve is awesome, amazing, very intelligent and an A+ real estate broker. He has bought and sold homes for our entire family for 20 years. Also for some of our extended family. Shaffer Realty and Mortgage helped me obtain my mortgage for the purchase of my Home in late 2020 and just recently helped me obtain a 2nd for some planned renovations. I'm 73 yrs. old and have bought and owned several homes, as we all have, I was living in Northern California when my mother passed away in Carlsbad in Southern Cal. I knew no one, had no idea how to sell her house in that area and with some great bit of luck IN STEPPED Steven and guided me through the ENTIRE PROCESS, much of it when I had to be back in Northern Cal because of my job.
